II have a quite huge experience in different companies and due to that, was looking for something that matches not only technical aspects. And after completing all stages of interview I started my work at Israel IT. From first day I was completely impressed with atmosphere and flow of work processes in good meaning. In few words about both… Regarding work processes – tasks are described correctly and formed so as project roadmap by highly skilled PM’s. In each stage of work there is always ability to ask advice or opinion, discuss details or make stand up with teammates. And also a big plus is that all you need for comfortable work is present – modern, hight-performance PC’s and your personal working place. What concerns atmosphere in company – it’s really something incredible. You can talk with any person starting from teammates and to CEO about everything. All are open to help, provide support or just discuss some things even if they are not related to work. Its really in some kind like a big family. As a summary want to say that from first day and till now I’m motivated and enjoying work in all aspects. All this gives me ability to grow technically and with pleasure. In short “Finally I found a place where I could throw bones for a long time”).
